These are a bit of a time investment as they do take 30 minutes to cook. These are coarse grind which means it's just going to take longer to cook. However it's been worth it as they have a fantastic texture and a rich blue corn taste. Fortunately these do not require constant stirring like some other grits I've tried so you can make a these as a side dish as long as you remember to get in there every couple of minutes to give it a stir. Do keep these in the fridge, they'll keep longer and taste better long run. Bit annoying but you wanted a better quality product so it's going to be less convenient.

Delicious but unaffordable

Love these so much more than regular grits. These have more of a rough texture that I like. They have more bite to them.

We really enjoyed the texture and flavor. We will order again.
