When and how do you clean the tank?

There are two sections on the bottom. The top section is like a strainer and lifts out leaving the water in the bottom so you can clean it. No lamps etc included only tank

How much water does it hold?

In my tank for; for my turtles, 6 water bottles is enough to cover my turtles allowing them to swim in the water, and then leave enough room climb the stairs and and bask under the heat lamp and get their food.

My pump went out, what pump goes to this for replacement?

I am not sure about the replacement pump. I would try the same place you bought the tank from.
