I needed to filter and degas small amounts of toxic material; this flask fits the bill perfectly. It has a wide mouth as well for easy pouring; fast delivery was a plus.

Works perfect when you have a Buchner and you need to filter something with it!

Intact with good packaging, not clean
The walls of the flask are decently thick. There are a few minor small bubbles in the glass but they do not go deep enough to worry about affecting the flask structurally. There are a couple black rings in the bottom of the flask that appears to be a residue from evaporated liquid.

I needed a larger filter flask to increase my distillate production and I use it along with a Buchner Filter funnel and 3cfm vac pump. With this configuration turning "Green Dragon" into "Golden Dragon" is a breeze!
