The Hoover Spotless is a great all-around cleaning tool! It's easy to use, very portable, and perfect for quick cleanups around the house. I’ve used it on both my sofa and carpet, and it handled stains and dirt really well. A handy, reliable choice for everyday messes. You will encounter a bit delay on the spray nozzle but it will come afterwards. Imagine booking for sofa cleaner for almost the same amount of having one.

I used on furniture, dining chairs, had good results. Used on sofa areas under seating cushions, little bit bumpy but good results. Carpet spot stains had good results there too. I like it, it's a good machine. Not too bulky , tool and hose are neatly stored on the machine making it an easy put outta sight and retrieve. The Angle of suction though is what let's down iit can be tricky to suction areas ie corners, and fabric curves in designs on furniture. Perhaps two seperate tools need for furniture and carpets. Too small width for carpets. Also too big for curves and corners on furniture. Which causes loss of suction. It's a good machine happy I bought it.

THIS IS REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!

This device is garbage! I received it and it was not spraying the clean solution at all. I ordered a replacement and used it the first time and noticed that it was leaking but I thought that was because of the dirty tank being full, but it turned out that the clean solution tank had a hole in it. I had to take it to the supplier warehouse and wait for a week for a replacement tank. I used the new replaced tank for the first time, and washed it and set it aside to dry and I heard a pop! The spring and plastic piece flew in the air, and rubber piece just popped from its place into the tank. I am not able to put them back in place because the rubber piece is stuck inside the tank and there's no way to access it comfortably to put it back in its place. Now I need to take it back to the supplier and deal with waiting again! I can never use this machine comfortably it is giving me more work rather than helping me clean stains comfortably.

I originally bought it based on my mother’s amazing review however the package I received I had to return due to manufacturing problem which was done hassle free & im very satisfied about the service. However it cleans really well - but it’s not very convenient for bigger carpets as it requires a lot of effort

Best buy!. Could have been better if the water tank is bigger but overall it is really worth the money.

Amazing!! I absolutely love this. Cleaned my carpets in my stairs, living room and dining room. They look like new. Cleaned my couches also. I let my parents borrow it also. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Provides a deep clean. A must have.

Poor product. Broke down on second use. But worst is poor service by Amazon and Ex border the importer. So once you purchase, you are on your own for any thing happening beyond 10 days. My worst experience so far.

I have three cats, and two of them barf quite a bit. Any cat owner knows... they will move to carpeting to barf, rather than barf on a hard surface. Why make it easier for their staff? That's not how cats work! Us puny humans exist to serve them, but they do not feel a need to make our jobs easy! But I digress. I originally bought this cleaner back in October of 2021. I loved it. I used it very frequently, and it did an amazing job on spot cleaning the carpeting - even on the white carpeting in basement. ...why would anyone put white carpeting in the basement?!? I don't know, but that's what was there when we bought the house! About a month ago, I noticed that the fill cap on the solution tank was cracked. This wasn't a huge problem, so long as you held the tank upright as you carried it. Once it was in the machine, there was no leakage. I did look to see if I could order a replacement part from Hoover. Much to my dismay, the $3 replacement part was out of stock (supply chain issues, I'm sure). I decided to take a stab in the dark, and I emailed their customer service department to see if they actually had an extra fill cap just laying around the warehouse. They did not have the part, but they offered to do a full warranty replacement! I went through those motions, and they sent me the replacement, which happened to be the updated model. Listen, I loved the one I originally bought, but somehow... they made it even better! They corrected few minor design flaws (some of which were mentioned on the original reviews I read): 1) The rubber on the original tool was red, and when I first started using it, it could leave a bit of pink behind on the white carpeting. After it was broken in, I stopped having the issue. But, on the upgraded model, they changed the rubber to a very light gray - problem solved! I didn't have to go through the same breaking in period! 2) The dirty water tank IS SO MUCH EASIER TO EMPTY AND CLEAN NOW! On the orginal version I purchased, cleaning the dirty tank properly involved quite a few steps, and could take more than just a little bit of time. You had to disassemble it pretty throughly, and use brushes to get in there and really clean it out. With this uprade, it takes a fraction of the time to clean the tank, and is super easy! It's just a release of a latch, you pour out the dirty water, you rinse it out in the sink, you put it back together! Bing, bang, boom, easy peasy! If you have a bunch of little anarchists (I mean, furry overlords!) living with you, this machine is a huge help in cleaning up their messes. It does a really excellent job. Hoover's customer service was amazing, and I think they really listened to the criticisms about the previous model, and they made some really great changes to a machine that I already loved - and somehow made it better!
