Surprisingly effective and skin feels great. Doesn't float though, but luckily I went for a black one so it's eay to find in the bath. Some have said that soap doesn't stick to it and just runs off, but if you put the soap on you skin first it works fine. Or get you carer to do it for you.

In my senior years this is the first time I’ve ever used anything like this. I’ve suffered with very dry skin on my face for a long time and had reached the point where I was fed up with scrubbing it red raw just to try and deal with flaky skin. I decided it was time to try something different rather than simply using harsher products. I’m really pleased with this. It feels nice and soft on the skin, much gentler than I expected, but it still does a very good job of removing dead skin without irritation. There’s no scratchy or abrasive feeling and my face doesn’t feel sore afterwards, which has often been the case with other methods I’ve tried. It’s easy to hold and use, even with wet hands, and it rinses clean quickly which matters when you’re using it regularly. It feels well made and hygienic. Overall I’m very happy with it and it’s made dealing with dry skin far more comfortable. I only wish I’d tried something like this sooner.

Now, I've used other scrubbers before, and they either felt like sandpaper on my skin or were so soft that they were practically useless. But this one hits the sweet spot! I've even started coming up with names for it—I call mine "Scrubby McScrubface." Don't judge me It's got a handle, which means no more dropping the soap and engaging in a slippery dance trying to pick it up. With this scrubber, I've got a firm grip, and it's all smooth sailing from there.

Great brush, i thought it might be quite brittle and rough on the skin but it wasnt, it is really soft and does the job without aggravating the skin.

It's definitely not as soft or smooth as a traditional sponge, but it is more hygienic and easier to clean/dry. The one big drawback in my opinion though is that you have to use way more shower gel than normal as it doesn't last very long. I had to top it back up 3 times during a shower, so using this will make you go through shower gel much quicker.
