Sulwhasoo is my absolute favorite Korean skincare brand. I've tried a lot of their products, but never tried the Gentle Cleansing Oil. A couple months ago, I ordered it to give it a try. This is a 1.7 ounce bottle with a pump. It is designed to gently and deeply cleanse and remove oil based products including waterproof makeup - which it works great for. It is formulated with nice antioxidant ingredients. In running it through an ingredient analysis, it came back with the following: contains fragrance and oil, but is free of alcohol, silicones, sulfates, and parabens. Of all the Sulwhasoo products I've tried, this one has the lightest scent. I love how foamy this face cleanser gets. It is easy to use and I love using my booster pro cleanse attachment with it. This leaves my face feeling so soft and clean without feeling dehydrated and tight. My skin looks very nourished after using. I use this on days that I wear makeup, and use the cleansing wash in conjunction. I have had no adverse reactions to it and absolutely love the quality. While Sulwhasoo is a luxury skincare brand, this travel size bottle is a great value if you're wanting to try it without a larger investment. A little goes a long way and it's going to last me a long time!

I’ve heard so much about Sulwhasoo skincare, and I’ve always wanted to try it. I found this mini Gentle Cleansing Oil and thought it would be the perfect way to dip my toe in. I’m so glad I did! The oil has a light gray tint and a silky, lightweight texture that spreads easily and doesn't feel too thick or heavy. It dissolves my makeup effortlessly, and it feels so soothing as it glides across my skin that I kept massaging it in longer than I needed to. It has a light, subtle fragrance that’s really pleasant, and the whole experience feels like a little spa moment. After rinsing, my skin felt soft and comfortable, and I had zero irritation the next day. For how well it performs, it’s a great value, and I can definitely see myself purchasing a larger size when this runs out as well as testing the rest of the line.

I will never use another makeup remover again! This is a staple in my skincare now. Leaves my skin clean and soft. Removes all mascara so effortlessly, I highly recommend trying this!

I think I might have tried just about every cleansing oil ever produced. That's not an exaggeration. As a woman in her 50's, I remember when cleansing oils first came into consciousness for Americans and that's when I jumped on... like 20 years ago! I've tried ones from Japan, Korea, American made ones... this one by the Sulwhasoo is in the top 10%, easily. What makes for a great cleansing oil is first of all, the slippy feel. Some are just too thin, some are so thick it's like putting cooking oil one. This one has just the right balance so it's just a pleasure to use. It removes eye makeup without any eye sting. And it leaves your skin soft and moisturized, so even if you don't have time for a second cleanser, this will do. Of course, any Sulwhasoo is a luxury purchase. But I really enjoy pampering myself and I feel like sometimes you need to spend on luxury skincare, because that pampering feeling also has value. :) I highly recommend this one, it's a special cleansing oil.

Great face wash from such a great brand. I put this on with dry hands and face. It does not irritate my dry sensitive skin. I use it as my first cleanser because it’s an oil. I like the scent too. It’s not thick at all. I bought the smallest size to try it out for the first time so it won’t last me long unfortunately but I absolutely love the brand.

It was average. Worked mostly on makeup, but had no smell, which is weird for a cleanser. I enjoy the smells of beauty products.

Excellent cleansing oil. Light weight with a silky texture. Removes makeup plus all of the day's residue in a single wipe. Just finish with Sulwasoo cream cleanser for a truly thorough and pleasurable, double-cleanse.

I love the feeling of this oil on my skin and cleaning proprieties, the orange flower scent is a bit overpowering ( beeing very sensitive to scents) , having a mixed skin type, but it caused me few minor skin breakouts, so it does suit for my skin type.

Worked well but very tiny size so it doesn’t last very long.

This smells amazing! The reason for my meh review is the size/cost comparison. Its a long neck pump design which makes it hard to control the distribution and its very , very watery. I wouldn't say its an oil. The bottle is only 30ml and almost twenty bucks?! I'll bet it will only last me a week or 2 at best. For this reason I won't purchase again.
