Product was reasonably priced and arrived on time. It's important to take collagen supplements for skin and overall health . Combined with a healthy diet, lots of water and light exercise, it has helped me look and feel younger

First let me say that my review, unlike most of the reviews on this page, is for the capsule form of this product, not the powder. I purchased this product because as a woman in my late 50's, I have knee pain, which can be pretty bad on some days. Also, who couldn't benefit from all the other things that Collagen is supposed to do? This is not my first time experimenting with Collagen supplements. I've tried powder (not this brand) and had to stop because of stomach upset. I can happily report that after three weeks of taking BioOptimal Collagen in capsule form, I've had no stomach upset at all. I've actually hit it pretty hard from day one; 3 capsules AM and 3 capsules PM and plan on cutting that in half once I get to a month. My knees do feel less stiff/swollen, not perfect, but definitely better. I also noticed yesterday that my skin looked a little brighter, better. I plan on continuing and will do another review after 3 months. So far though, I would definitely recommend this product.
