Yes. That being said, it really comes down to how you fill it. I did this using a garden hose inside of pool noodles and then wrapped those with towels. This gives it the type of torsional resistance to feel like a leg. Hope that helps.

The neck looks really thick, can you work neck chokes on this? Anybody try a darce attack on this behemoth necked wonder?

If you are practicing mostly on neck chocking then this is not a good choice, other than that this dummy gives more realistic features

What can I fill it with to make it heavy?

I bought a 70lb punching bag from Walmart for $60 and filled the dummy with that. It contained rags, clothes and small sandbags.

Would this work for the carpool lane if it was dressed up a bit?

パッキングされた小さな荷物がアメリカから届きます。開けるとペラペラの布製の人形が出て来ます。家中のタオルやスポンジを2時間ほどかけて詰め込むと完成します。 A1サイズの柔術着がギリギリ着せる事が出来ます。タオルやスポンジを中の詰め込む作業を適当にやり過ぎるとバランスが悪くなります。作りはしっかりしており、しばらく楽しめそうです。
