Most of the tips fit my otoscope well and stayed in place during use. However, a few felt a little loose, so it might depend on the type of otoscope you have. I also recommend checking each one before use—one or two had slightly rough edges, but nothing major. Overall, this is a reliable, affordable option for anyone who uses an otoscope regularly. Good quality product but I think it should be made clear, these don't have the right fit for the classic "twist and lock" Welch Allyn instruments. But useful for most others, though you might pull away and the speculum will be left in the ear.
