Arrived broken / otherwise 4 star
I love the size of the convection oven 15 + inches wide. The only drawback is that the convection fan was loose and making a racket. Sadly Having to send it back. Otherwise I loved the size and the versatility of the oven. We plan to shop locally. Ok, we ordered a replacement and now have used it for a couple of months. We love, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. My wife loves cooking casseroles and some are to heavy for the racks that came with this oven. Secondly the racks will fall backwards if you pull the rack out more than 3 inches. The rack retainer groove stops at the port to the convection fan. So if you pull the rack to this point the rack and whatever you are cooking falls backwards into the oven making a huge mess. Having said this, we have learned the weight limits of the rack and we make sure not to pull the rack out. Instead we use a large spatula to reach in and draw out the cooking pans. Don't reach into the oven because the top heating element is hidden from veiw and you could accidentally bump it while using pot holders. This is the reason we use a large steel spatula to remove cooked casseroles. Over all as long as you take precautions, it a very nice oven for the money. We plan to replace the racks with stronger ones.

I love it, so much I purchased two.
For the price, you just cannot go wrong. The oven is big, easy to clean. I am still learning how to use it. I have bake pies, pizza, and use it to reheat food. Plz read and re-read the manual. This is a powerful oven and it will cook your food in less time. You can set the upper and lower dials individually and it can be adjusted as you cook for your perfect meal. The oven does get hot, so did my previous (Black& Decker) so this is not a surprise. I hate cooking and cleaning my big oven. The Elite toaster oven will not heat up the house and it will save you money on electricity. It is easy to use and practical when you have to cook a meal for one or for a large family. Over all, I am ready for the holidays and everything else in between.

OVEN WORKS GREAT BUT IT NEEDS BETTER WIRE RACKS
The Oven is a great size easy to use 2 zone and nice pan came with it , however the wire racks are not good I did contact the seller and they were very nice, however they did not send me a better set of sturdy wire racks they did send me a second pan which I will certainly use. sadly the wire racks are to-flimsy to hold a whole chicken in a glass baking dish, I had to use both wire racks together which worked fine. The 2 Pans made up for it. I really like the oven. Convection works really good, not air-fryer level but nice convection and the rotisserie is a nice feature plan on doing a roast for the holidays on it. This is oven is used for my second floor Butlers Kitchen for our BNB.

French door oven and rotisserie.
There's nothing about this oven that I just like I love the French doors, I love the entire non-stick interior, so it makes cleaning very easy half the time that I would a regular oven I mean not even half the time. I've baked chickens pork roast I've made hamburgers in it cook breakfast sausages. It gets very hot and it's easy to use and it actually very rarely do I have to use the full hour timer although if I do cook a chicken or pork roast I do use the hour timer. I use it almost every day so it's very durable and it's a nice quality. I've been wanting one for some time but couldn't afford it because they can be a little expensive so I just kept my eye on the prices and the sales and the coupons and the discounts and I ended up getting this rotisserie french door oven for $102 I believe and that was with tax and shipping.

BRAND NEW MACHINE DEFECTIVE - WARRANTY USELESS
EDIT: I just got off the phone with them. They did respond to an email. They said 10 degrees in temperature is not much. It's not important. They insist "I" pay for shipping back to them and that I will not be reimbursed ever for that. THEN they will decide IF the machine is defective. I told them no one knows their warranty until AFTER they purchase the product and read the fine print. They told me it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to download the manual from Amazon and read all the details about their warranty in the manual. This is a heavy machine. The CHEAPEST shipping for a non-business EQUALS the cost of the machine. It's way OVER $100. Nothing like losing $150 on a purchase of a new oven toaster. I'm sure everyone can afford that!!!! It's probably a simple temperature probe that would cost $3, but, no, they cannot offer that either. GRRRR!!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I missed my return date to Amazon by 2 days. 1st and 2nd try using it I thought I was doing something wrong. Everything burnt. 3rd try I put 2 thermometers in there. It heats 10 degrees hotter. Tried it numerous times after that. Same result. No warranty number to call in their warranty information. Hard to find info on warranty at all. Finally submitted what "may" be an email on their site. And IF they reply, "I" have to pay for shipping back to them, and they will decide "IF" they will consider it defective, and whether they will repair or replace product. Shipping costs would be outrageous!! Might as well have no warranty at all. Brand new machine. Lots of money just lost.

Great buy!
I’m loving my new Elite Gourmet oven. The oven is spacious, and quiet. The French door feature makes using the oven easy to use. I can’t wait to get baking in this beauty. I’ll finally be able to bake more than 6 cookies at a time in the 47.5 qt. oven.

Not worth full price
I purchased this item when it was on sale during the Prime Access thing they had recently. It has several pros and cons.. Cons - 1. Temperature is very inaccurate. I have to use an oven thermometer and stay near it constantly adjusting the dial or opening the doors to lower the temperature to keep from burning things. Temperatures seem to fluctuate +50 degrees or more than what is set. 2. Doors are very dangerous. They seem to want to swing back towards my hands/arms when reaching into the oven. I have used a level to make sure it's on a perfectly level surface but it still seems to try and take me out. 3. Normal regular price is too high for this item. For this price point, I would recommend purchasing a different model with well known brand. 4. It gets really hot. The outer surfaces of the oven will burn you if you touch it. Do not store anything on top of, or directly next to it. It also makes my kitchen hotter than just running the regular stove/oven does when I'm baking. Pros - 1. If you can catch it on sale like I did, when it was half the normal price. It can be something that a person on a tight budget could make use of, if they are willing to babysit it to watch the temperatures. 2. It hasn't given me any issues as far as cleaning. Damp rag after it has cooled down seems to do fine. I am undecided if I want to take the time to return it with my busy work schedule. Though I do know at sometime in the near future I will replace this thing for something less likely to burn me, or my food.
