Great color!
I have used this hair color for years. It is a vibrant dark red, which I like, but I also use it to give my hair body, which it does. Although I still love it and use it, I believe that they have changed the formula through the years, because the color does not last as long as it used to, and it seems to me that it does not give quite as much body as it used to. That being said, it is still the best product I have found for my own needs, and I will continue to use it. Another plus is that I am allergic to many, many shampoos and hair products, but I have never had any allergic reactions or allergy problems with this product. I just hope that L'Oreal continues to make this product for many more years. I bought this color through Amazon, and as always, they were efficient and a joy to order from.

Best red hair dye I've ever used
In my opinion, this is the best red hair dye I've ever used! When I first dye my hair with this color (which is naturally brown), it turns out a very warm, dark red. When it fades, it doesn't fade into a dry, orange-y color. It actually fades into a nice, warm auburn shade. I can let my hair go 3 months without coloring it and it will still look nice. The only con is that this dye is very messy. Have someone help you apply it, for sure.

Why pay 70– up to 300 bucks, for the SAME result at home?!? Same intensity, same quality, without the “break the bank” price tag! What’s not to love! Also smells way better nowdays than hair color used to! A nice plus. 😁😁😁

Doesn't wash out easily
Love the color. Easy to use. Does not fade. Used it for years.

Good color payoff, but doesn't last long
I was initially happy with the results as the color looks great and the application is easy. However, I’m disappointed with the longevity. Even with proper care, the color started fading much faster than expected. It’s a nice shade, but if you’re looking for something that stays vibrant for a long time, this might not be the best choice.
