Since owning this tripod (probably around 7-8 months I believe) it has been super useful as I was coming into photography. I have used it a ridiculous number of times and still nothing has gone wrong with it. I must admit I have not been gentle with it either so it is very durable. The value for money is also good as it is super light, when compacted it is also fairly small and is super stable and does not sway in decently high winds when fully extended, there is also a hook under near the bottom if the main beam which I have hooked my bag onto for added stability in some sketchier places I’ve put it. It also looks excellent aswell which is just an added bonus as it just makes the setup that much better.

Incredibly sturdy and, in my opinion, the best tripod out there. It's easy to use and very portable. For the price, it's a steal. You get a lot of versatility with the height and angles too.

The Victiv tripod was kind of an emergency purchase as my existing old tripod had just lost its head (literally) as I tried to fold the camera mount down. Anyway, the Victiv arrived within a couple of days. It looks quite striking with it's copper coloured legs, and I found it to be better than the older unit it is replacing due to having 4 leg extensions rather than the 3 that were available on the previous one. The camera can now be mounted at a greater height, which is an advantage in some situations. So, whilst I am happy in the most general sense - I've managed to quickly replace a broken unit with a new one, there have been some niggles with the Victiv, and I feel I need to be truthful about these. On my particular product the leg extension isn't always very smooth. The action of pulling and pushing the legs to extend or close them can feel a bit "sticky". The clips that lock the legs in place are also a bit fiddly to open and shut with my arthritic fingers. That's obviously down to me, not necessarily the product, but if you're also arthritic, then bear this in mind. There has also been an issue with the camera mount. It screws down onto the leg section and is supposed to lock in place, but on mine, the mount swivels back and forth, and I have to keep rotating it back to the locking position, which is a bit annoying while in use. The minor issues aside, it is a good tripod. It has a good height, the legs seem sturdy, and it looks really good (people have commented how smart it looks with the copper coloured legs). I'm going to have another look at the camera mount to make sure I have assembled it properly, and maybe the leg action will get smoother with more use. I'm absolutely happy to recommend it, even with the issues I have experienced. For the reasons stated, I will give it 4 stars, rather than the 5 that I would have otherwise given, had there been no issues as stated above.

First I looked at the price. Hmm? maybe too cheap? You know, buy cheap buy twice thing! I made the decision to buy one and I got it today. I am more than very pleased with it!! In no way is it pretentious, like those over engineered ones which cost 10x as much, made out of carbon fiber and could act a a wheel change jack for a 44ton truck. It assembles in no time. Invert it and it packs away in no time. The legs lock robustly The camera mount has many adjustments to get a grip of what you want to do with no fuss. Filming from this stand is very good. As well as photos of course. I am 182cm tall and with a camera mounted on top? For me perfect! Enough said. You will be hard pushed to have a bad experience with this tripod.

What a bargain. Excellent quality, professional finish, loads of tools including spirit level, folding carry handle and attachments. Importantly it's very light. Arrived today, really pleased.

A good weight but not too heavy. I purchased as a Christmas gift for a great-niece who was taking photography as an A level. She's used it a lot. Every easy to adjust height, fit camera etc.

If you are looking for a tripod to use outdoors with some expensive equipment on it, then this may not be the product you are looking for. Find something more expensive. The legs are aluminium, but the rest is plastic... but you get what you pay for. At £30, this tripod is ideal for my use. I will be using it indoors with a Sony ZV-E10 and kit lens. Not heavy, not complex or expensive compared to some. The addition of a second quick mount and mobile phone holder is nice... and this thing is tall. I am 6'7" (1.99m) and this will place the camera in my eyeliner, easily. Not great, but not too bad either

sturdy, great variation in height and angles. seems well built with some useful features. spirit level is a very handy gadget for aligning camera. comes with the phone mount and one for most cameras. 10/10.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Très bon trépied, pratique et facile à utiliser. Il se monte rapidement et peut aussi bien servir pour un smartphone que pour un appareil photo. Il est suffisamment stable pour une utilisation quotidienne et se règle facilement en hauteur. J’apprécie particulièrement le fait qu’il soit facile à transporter et à installer. Pour le prix, je trouve que c’est un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je suis satisfaite de mon achat et je le recommande 👍

Świetny statyw, perfekcyjnie wykonany, bardzo lekki, ma dodatkowo uchwyt na telefon (czego nie ma w opisie), jest bardzo wysoki (183cm). Szeroki rozstaw nóg powoduje, że jest bardzo stabilny. Polecam bardzo!
