It's ok
This food is ok for picky parrots, but my parrot still waste a bit of it. For the price it is worth it when I am about to run out of parrot food and can't afford the expensive stuff. Much better than what you get at Wallymart.

Way too much pumpkin seeds
I bought this package, hoping to give a little more variety to my birds. Itโs heavily disproportioned with pumpkin seeds, which my birds donโt eat. So I will not be buying this again.

Variety
My double yellow headed Amazon loves the variety in this mix. He picks through for his favourites, one being the peanut inside of a sesame seed coating, and the other, the pumpkin seeds.
