I so appreciate these containers. I used to be able to get them free but that has not been available for quite a few years now. I use an insulin pump and this product works as well with those supplies that have sharp points on them as the containers did when I was giving myself shots.

Being newly diagnosed T2 diabetic who sticks herself a lot, I wasn't sure how big of a container to buy or how many of these to buy. At around two bucks a piece, I figured I would try this 10 pack. Well, I should be stocked up for around 5-10 years now haha. I expect each one to last me around 6 to 12 months. It's fine, they stack inside each other so are easy enough to store. As for functionality, they work. It is sturdy so in my busy house, it is yet to be knocked over. I have to slide the lid to put my lancets in, then slide it back to close. Can't slide it too hard (which is kind of easy to do) or it locks. I am not familiar with other sharps containers to know how easily they become permanently locked, but this one seems to easy to me. Luckily, I was able to jam a utensil under the moving plastic 'window' area and reset it. I had to do this a few times, but I think I finally learned my lesson. It doesn't take much effort to close this. I was thankful I was able to bust into it so I could continue using it.
