I love this foundation so much that I have repurchased it every single time I ran out for the past 12 years. It is full coverage & long lasting, but still goes on lightweight and it doesn't look cakey at all. It looks like skin when applied with a beauty blender. A little goes a long way with this foundation, I only need 1 layer to get full coverage. I don't even need to use concealer with it, because this foundation is just as powerful as a full coverage concealer. Pair it with a good primer & setting spray and you'll have flawless looking skin that lasts all day long! I first started wearing this when I was a teenager going through puberty, so back then my skin was very oily & acne prone - but this foundation always lasted for a long time for me back then regardless if I wore a primer or not (but the results are always best when paired with primer)! This foundation also held up overnight during my college years when I'd often fall asleep with my makeup on after late nights of dancing & partying. Now as an adult who is no longer going through puberty, my skin type has changed a lot over the years and I now have dry skin. I still love this foundation. Even though my skin is dry now & this is a matte foundation, it still looks amazing on my skin. It doesn't dry my skin out at all and it doesn't draw any attention to any dry areas. This foundation has been through a lot with me over the years. I've worn it while swimming, sweating at the gym, and cried at plenty of funerals while wearing this. It's not water proof, but it did a pretty good job at lasting & only needing minor touch ups after all of that. I am living proof that this foundation is great for most skin types.

This product, I had read was supposed to be the best for covering up my blemishes. I am not sure what it covers up but it lasts a long time while wearing because hours after I put it on, it rubs off on my hoodie. Now, it may not sound like it but I am a huge covergirl fan! I have been for 30 years. But this is not a full coverage anything. This is just my opinion.

Great every day foundation. It is lightweight so I can't feel it which is perfect for being comfortable wearing it at work or going out to do errands. I got 810 and I am fair - for reference I wear Loreal Trumatch n1 and n2 and Revlon Buff 150. Classic Ivory 810 is on the neutral side - it has a hint of yellow but it's a wearable yellow - more of a beige yellow than a mustard yellow that I feel can flatter many skin tones. As a pale person I am so picky about undertones and find so many drugstore foundations to be too peachy or pink etc which is why I am so happy that this undertone is neutral enough for me. The formula is on the thin side. I'm used to L'oreal which is very runny but I did find this quite thin and more watery in comparison. However even though it's thin I find it spreads easily and dries easily (which I like) as I find it makes for an easy application. Even though it's thin it is buildable so it can be built up to a more satin "makeupy" coverage. I am impressed.
