I like using these capsules to add my lemon balm to that way I can tolerate the taste and still get the amount I need. These pills are extremely easy to use and they even come with a scooper that I use to compact the leaves so I can get the entire pill packed well. These capsules gets a 10/10 from me.

Good quality capsules. I love the fact they come with long-handled spoons to pour your supplement into the capsules the other end packs it down. Great quality, easy to swallow, and sturdy. Great value to fill your own pills bit a little tedious, but worth it!
