Faulty piece that smells like burning and got sparked
From first time use it made the whole room smell like something was burned and when i use it the burning smell increases.. I think I got a bad piece.. Update: Didnt use it and decided to use it at Day 20 it made a spark and power went less with burn smell went more, I’m sure I recieved a faulty piece but missed the return/refund window.

Strong smell of burning
Very loud noise followed by extreme heat and smell of smoke. Whole room smelt of burning. Apparently I have to wait for approval to return. Not sure why. Seems it might be a delay to push me outside the return window.

Good product
I've been using this BaByliss hair dryer for a few weeks, and I absolutely love it. It dries my hair much faster than my old dryer without making it feel dry or damaged. My hair looks smooth, shiny, and has much less frizz after every use. It's lightweight, comfortable to hold, and the different heat and speed settings make it easy to style my hair. The quality is excellent, and it definitely feels like a professional product. I highly recommend it!

incompatible to SAUDI Power format
i was not expected that professional platform like amazon Saudi is selling product that not compatible with Saudi official power format [220 v, 60hz]. the default assumption is the full compatibility as it is AMAZON SAUDI platform otherwise should write clear note about it

Great dryer
This hair dryer is wonderful!! It’s quiet, lightweight, quick drying. It does cut down on my frizz, however I do use product.
