Truly had a very positive experience. The papads are fresh, crisp, and have a well-balanced black pepper flavor that adds a nice spicy kick without being overwhelming. The quality is consistent, and they roast or fry evenly. The packaging was good, and the product arrived in proper condition. It works well as a snack on its own or as an accompaniment to meals. False claims
We are shocked and appalled to report that the papad packet, purchased 1.5 months ago, contained products with visible white marks, rendering them unfit for consumption. Despite the manufacturer's claim of a 6-month shelf life (Mfd. Dec. 2025), the items have clearly deteriorated, indicating a blatant disregard for quality and customer trust. This is nothing short of false advertising and a gross betrayal of consumer rights. The company's negligence has compromised our trust, and we demand immediate action and refund of our money.
