I ordered this protease supplement to help with digestion. It seems helpful. The capsules are pretty easy to swallow. On serving size is 4 capsules though. For what it's worth, mine has a slightly different label from what's shown in this product page. Under the supplement facts, mine lumps key enzymes together into a 1.15g of enzyme blend (instead of individual amounts per serving). The cofactor whole food blend is now 142mg instead of 100mg. Anyway, the product seems to help. Only time will tell how good it is. For around $0.89 per serving, it seems a little pricey though.
