I take various other supplements from this brand and they have not failed me. It does not upset my stomach which is good and I feel taking this daily will help with my total health. I do eat pineapple but not daily and not enough to eliminate this supplement. They seem to work well. I did have to add D Mannose to my daily intake in order to get rid of all the pain.

So in December 2020 I had MAJOR Sinus issues with the worst sinus inflammation I’ve ever had (in my right nose) I get sinus issues around that time every year for the past few years and I tried EVERYTHING!!
