"Healthy" cereal
If cereal can be healthy, this cereal is "healthy". Tastes good as well.

Natural Ingredients and no sugar.
I am on a very restricted diet and I jumped for joy when I found this cereal. I love that it only has natural ingredients and no sugar. I have been using it for a couple of years now and plan to continue using it.

BUYER BEWARE!
The main ingredient is buckwheat, not cassava. I have purchased this many times and they changed the ingredients without making it VERY CLEAR that they did. I am allergic to this cereal and cannot get a refund! Beware of this change! Will never buy another product by them.

Beat healthy cereal ever
This cereal is fantastic. So clean and so delicious. My kids love it and I love that I can give it to them without feeling like I’m feeding them junk. I also think it is so wonderful the company donates so much money to cancer research. In a world where there’s lots of junk and greed, this company is selling a healthy product and giving away profits. We subscribe and save and get it delivered every month and we just love it!

Update:Taste and ingredients changed
Ordered from Amazon, picture doesn’t show they are not adding coconut flour in the receipe. 4 packet cannot be returned to Amazon, waste of $40 Taste is horrible!!! Don’t know whether to throw it or swallow my $40! Please bring the previous flavor back. 08/5/2023 Update: improved the taste in the second batch
