I loved the thermal printer, it's so easy to connect and print with.I paired it with my phone within 10 seconds.Speed of printing is amazing, just a click from mybillbook app and it prints within a few seconds.Just go for this printer if you're looking for a portable handy printer giving good quality prints.Also this has type C charging with which i was actually impressed.Customer support is also very good.Highly recommend this portable thermal printer from Shreyans

Great portable printer, Easy to use
The media could not be loaded. I bought the printer on July 2023. am writing this review after 16 months of use.Dont need to install any app for this printer, print quality depends on paper, when i feel low print quality the customer care executive support me to change the setting, my self i change that. Before 1 year the battery got damaged. The company replace that battery in warranty. Battery backup depends on usage, we got more than 4 days.After an year the rubber roll on printer head also got damaged, that one also replace with out any cost,Great customer support and good portable printer, value of money.
