Levi's Women's 721 High Rise Skinny Jeans

I used to only wear Levi’s when I was in my 20’s. Then I had a baby and I’m not sure if they made the high rise jeans yet but I stopped buying them because of my mom belly. Now I’m 44 and I’m a Levi girl again! Anything Levi’s High Rise works great for me. It provides coverage for my mushy stomach and prevents muffin top. Before REdiscovering my Love for Levi’s I struggled wih the fit, quality and style of other brands, never able to have all 3 and never feeling comfortable which is so important. — I went a decade of wearing tight belts and having to constantly pull up the waist of non-Levi jeans. I was at a Fry’s marketplace and found Signature Levi’s which is their lighter weight, SUPER stretchy non-REDtabbed jean. Because of the lighter weight (thinner material) they didn’t last long for me because of rips in upper inner thigh area. Walking around with holes in that area becomes quit uncomfortable (sometimes painful). Thanks to Amazon marketplace and the wide variety I was able to venture out from the grocery store jeans and get reacquainted with my red-tabbed Levi’s. The easy Levi’s FIT GUIDE suggested several styles, all high-waisted btw. I am in heaven every time I open my Amazon delivery of Levi’s jeans. No more tight belts or having to constantly pull the waist of my jeans up. These are red tab Levi’s so the jean material is sturdier than their Signature line version but still has a good stretch that makes them look so flattering! It is the only brand I buy because of the consistency in sizing and I know if I order 33x30 high-rise they will fit… and I have never been let down. I have many pairs and even my oldest pair is still going strong so they are very durable. They have a stretch to them that is a miracle for me. I work 12 hour shifts in manufacturing production I am on my feet the whole time. I always wear jeans and only wear Levi’s. They are so comfortable and flattering. I live in Arizona, so during the summer I wear the ones that have rips or holes in the legs which is like air conditioning for my legs. It is nice to grab a pair of jeans from my closet and always be putting on my favorite GO-TO jeans. I try to always wash and dry them inside out and remove them from dryer before they get super hot. Occasionally I forget to turn them inside out or forget to take them out of dryer…but even then have had no issues with fit. I wonder if I can buy stock in Levi’s because I believe these are the best jeans out there. I’ve never tried $100+ jeans but why would I when there are so many styles and fits to choose from with Levi’s. I love being able to buy 2 or 3 pairs of awesome fitting, stylish high quality jeans for the price of a pair of expensive brand jeans ⚖️. Even the highest priced Levi’s are a great buy. They have been doing jeans for a long time and they know how to make us look good while keeping us comfortable! I highly suggest taking the fit quiz.. because there are different style #s for different fits (such as 501, 311 and 711, 724 to name a few). With so many styles and sizes to choose from you are guaranteed to find something that fits you perfectly no matter what you body shape or size.

These Levi's 721s are my absolute ride-or-die jeans! From the fantastic stretch that gracefully hugs every curve to the enduring shape that withstands years of less than gentle use, these jeans are my forever favorites. The material, with its luxurious thickness, speaks volumes about the quality. The color is a true, deep black that has me falling in love with them over and over again. The only reason I have to repurchase these jeans is because I don't listen to the instructions to wash minimally and not machine dry... it's a tradeoff I am okay with but let me tell you I have not once needed to repurchase these jeans due to tearing or other wear. What steals the show for me is the high waist – not just a style statement, but a confidence booster. It tucks me in just where I need it, making me feel on top of the world. At 5'1", finding pants that don't demand alterations is a never-ending struggle, but Levi's short size is a game-changer. They fit like a dream, hitting all the right marks for someone with a petite frame. Let's talk real life – the stretch is a savior after indulging in a hearty meal at a restaurant or... due to weight fluctuations, you know how it is. Comfort and style, what more could I ask for? These jeans are not just a garment; they're a testament to finding that perfect fit, both in size and style. Levi's, you've won my heart! I'm a customer for life.

I just purchased my third pair of these, and love them. Everyone said to order a size up, which I did originally (with Make or Break). When I did so (going from 29 to 30), the waist fit really well but the legs were looser than I'd like, so I returned for 29. The legs are still a little looser than I'd expect skinny jeans to be, but still love them, and the waist surprisingly still fits fine; a little tighter but not uncomfortable. One thing I noticed about the 30 I ordered originally, is that the red tag on the back pocket did not say Levi's. The 29 I received in my exchange, did have Levi's as normal. After deciding I liked Make or Break, I ordered Blue Story in 29. Absolutely love them. The legs fit skinnier than Make or Break to me, which I appreciate, and it's a good standard blue that will go with a lot. They're a little long, but they're just tight enough and just short enough that I think I can get away with wearing them with ankle boots. Long term I should probably get them hemmed (I'm 5'4" - 5'5" ish). However - I noticed that this pair did not have "Levi's" on the red tag either, like the original pair I ordered. If I hadn't already worn them a few times, I'd exchange for one that did, but it's not a huge deal. If the next pair I ordered (in transit) has the scrub tag, I'll probably exchange. So right now, 2/3 pairs have come with the non-Levi's tag (it only has a registered R on it). If that matters to you. Overall a really cute pair of jeans, and a good price. I worried highwaist would be uncomfortable, but it's felt good all day. Glad I have jeans to wear with some of my shorter tops now!

I’m a fan of Levi’s and love this particular style. Great fit, great length, wash nicely. However, the fake pockets on these jeans are ridiculous. Why even bother putting them on? The “pockets” are no more than 2 inches deep, but somehow don’t stay put so every time you pull them up and down you have to try to stick your fingers in there to push them down which is just a reminder of how stupid they are. Aggravating.

I have been wanting these jeans for some time but was always on the fence due to reviews saying that they run small. Well, I finally bit the bullet and ordered my normal size, a 28 and I have to say...I could have actually gone DOWN a size! I don’t find them to fit small at all! They actually run a bit large through the hips and waist on me. They’re perfect though with a belt! I’m going to order another pair in a size down regardless and still keep the 28 cuz why not. I do feel like I have to keep pulling them up though. For reference my waist measures 27 inches and my hips are 37 and I’m 136 lbs atm. Granted, they are narrow jeans so if you’re body type is on the curvier side, they may fit tighter. I’m 5’6 and the rise goes about half an inch above my belly button. The knee hole is pretty perfectly placed. It’s right above my knee cap. I have so many jeans that have holes right on my knee cap that I like the slight variation of these. They’re a thick denim but have a good stretch to them. Not super stretchy like thinner denim, but a really nice substantial stretch. My favorite thing about these jeans is that the ankle is tight and fitted so they fit nicely into my ankle boots and look good scrunched up. I prefer a tight scrunch and not a baggy scrunch if that makes sense lol. I’m pretty much obsessed with this style now and now that I know how they fit, I’m going to be collecting quite a few pairs. My best advice with sizing is know your body type and your measurements. If you’re curvy you may want to size up. If you run pretty average order your normal size, if you run narrow through the waist and hips size down. Also, most new Levi’s feel tight until they’re broken in and I do feel like these loosen up with wear. All in all, adore them and I think I’ve found my HG skinny jean for the this season.

Personally, I think these jeans are overrated. For reference, I'm about 66 inches tall, 122 lbs, waist is 26-27 inches, and hips are 37.5 inches. I tried sizes 27 and 28 of these jeans in several washes. As lean as I am, I found curvy style jeans seem to flatter me the best. Levi doesn't make any, to my knowledge... at least not in a high rise. These jeans generally fit well (in either size, depending on how tight you like your jeans), but I needed a higher rise in the back. Even with the looser fit, I felt the back of the jeans sliding down when I did the "squat and sit tests." I also would've preferred a higher rise in general. I have a long torso, and this sat well below my navel. (Everyone's body is shaped differently. Keep that in mind. These may look great and come up high enough on YOUR body.) They made my rear look great, which is rare for me with any pants, let alone high rise jeans. So that was a huge plus! (And it's wasn't because of any strategic dye fading effects. It was the shape, seams, and pocket placement of the jeans. So you can be sure your rear will look great no matter how faded your jeans get with time.) They're not bad skinny jeans. They just didn't fit me as expected. I was looking for something sturdy with a hint of stretch that would at least reach my navel and give me ample coverage for my rear. These just didnt meet my criteria. *I must note: Out of the several jeans I tried, one looked and felt like a "fake." Like I said, I ordered two sizes in several washes. The tags looked very similar on all of them. Including the sewn in tabs. But the signature red Levi tab on the back pocket was blank on one of the jeans. And it felt ultra stretchy (like cheap leggings) compared to its counterpart in the different size. It was so thin compared to all the other jeans that you could see my underwear lines thru them. And the color was just a tad bit lighter. I felt like those particlar jeans would've ripped around the pockets or belt loops after several wearings - that's how much of a difference there was. If you order these jeans and like them, I suggest you just do a thorough quality check before pulling off any tags. Make sure you're receiving an authentic product.

I grew up in the 80's and Levi's 501s were what pretty much everyone was wearing! My mom hated that we had to wash & dry them three ties before we could wear them, but we did it anyway! As I got older, I had babies & my body changed, like they do. 501s didn't work for me any more. I lost sight of Levi's for many years. Then one day I noticed my daughter had on a pair and I knew they had tons more styles now than in the 80s. We went shopping and I got a couple pairs & then later I ordered another. I love every single pair and style. I had some skinny jeans that were wearing out and I thought, "why not try Levis?" They did not disappoint! I immediately got on line and ordered another pair! A lot of skinny jeans don't work for me since I actually have calf muscles. These have some stretch to them and look great!! I know I could be prejudiced growing up with Levi's but they really are the same jeans. Soft, durable, fit great, and comfortable! They know what they're doing. They've been doing it for years! I no longer feel the need for super expensive, trendy jeans. I'm back to Levi's and I think I'll stay. :-)

Very disappointed in these. They smell really bad and the material is not like other Levi’s jeans that I’ve bought from the store

this is the second pair of jeans i bought..a month ago I bought the same model but in size w27 l30 and it was a little big and very long! this time I bought size w26 l28 and it was perfect for me.. I don't like the dark color too much I would have preferred to find this same model in lightblue color but I couldn't get it😢 anyway the quality and comfort of this pants is excellent 🙌🏼 next time I'll try to get the color I want
