Very compact. Easy to expand.
Strong and compact. I got one to reach over and pull weeds off my pontoon motor. Canโt speak to use for fishing but I think it would be great for ice fishing.

Good enough for smaller fish
Works great

Not the best for very large fish.
Love the telescoping feature and portability. A few times I had the sense it wouldnโt be strong enough for fish over 45 lbs that didnโt like being stuck. I didnโt experience any failure though.

Versatile telescoping feature
Great sturdy no rust gaff; telescoping feature is a bonus on different boats ,fish, and for stowing.

Right idea, wrong construction.
Of course it would be great in theory, as you can extend it to the length you want. But this thing relies on built-in friction for holding it to the extended length, Which means obviously it will lose friction as time goes on and slide out to the longer length you donโt want it. Thereโs no way to lock it into the desired length. Absurd!

I use to pick things up.
Iโve had back surgery and canโt bend. I use this to pick things up. Mainly I pick up boxes that are delivered to my porch. It works great! Most boxes are too big for a grabber.

Banger
As an avid angler, a reliable fishing gaff is an essential part of my gear, and this product has exceeded my expectations. Design and Build Quality built with durability in mind. The handle is made of aluminum, which strikes an excellent balance between strength and lightweight maneuverability. The stainless steel hook is razor-sharp and corrosion-resistant, ensuring it performs flawlessly even after prolonged exposure to saltwater.
