Giant bag of fenugreek seeds! Such a great deal. I use fenugreek seeds for my hair. The bag is packed full! Not skimpy like a bag of potato chips. Love that they are organic, fair trade fenugreek seeds.

High germination rate.

They seem decent. I use a coffe grinder to make powder out to them and put them in my oatmeal. Fenugreek is the best thing at calming my stomach. No change to my lactation. I'm a 54-year-old male. I had fenugreek powder years ago that really felt better in my stomach. I don't notice this being as helpful. Still good though.

You get a decent amount for a great price. The product is fresh, smells good & looks good. We use it in a health drink along with other ingredients.

Sprouts into delicious wonderful salads and highly nutritious especially when topped with Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds. I love to mix my sprouts with Honey Mustard Dressing or Italian Dressing or even Ranch Dressing. When eaten with Bagel Crisps, there is hardly anything better for sure!
