Item was as discribed. Package was delivered in tact. The quality of the Fenugreek Seeds is top tear !!! The quantity provided was worth the price. It is full of health benefits, especially for lactating/breastfeeding mothers. It is also good for skin & stops hair shedding. It's simple to prep and easy to use. I soak 1 tbsp of Fenugreek Seeds in a cup of water for two days, and I drink it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Fenugreek has an earthy smell and reminds me of maple syprup. I will definitely purchase this product again.

Love this company and these seeds
This is a fantastic company. I already wrote another review of fenugreek seeds that I used for sprouting. These are my favorite sprouts. They’re just the right size bigger than the little or sprouts but smaller than bean sprouts and they taste good on everything and this is an amazing company. The product is so good and I can keep it in the fridge and it last for years.

These Fenugreek Sprouts... Fantastic Value for Nutrition in Every Bite... fun to grow!
Sprouts into delicious wonderful salads and highly nutritious especially when topped with Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds. I love to mix my sprouts with Honey Mustard Dressing or Italian Dressing or even Ranch Dressing. When eaten with Bagel Crisps, there is hardly anything better for sure!

Smells so good
Smells SO GOOD!! Smells kinda Like a Cinnabon But it’s super beneficial to hair growth. Use it in my homemade hair growth oil & it works wonders Perfect size to last a while The seeds are seeds so of course they’re tiny & if spilled by accident will take a while to clean up (don’t be as clumsy as me lol) Benefits: promotes hair growth, stimulates hair follicles, helps reduce dandruff, helps hydrate hair & is rich in iron & protein (things needed for hair growth)
