Beau monde is Very good! Flavorful and suitable as an all purpose seasoning

The right spice!
I first used this recently in making chili. The chili turned out to be the best I’ve ever made. Since then I have used in other dishes, such as spaghetti and etouffee, and found that it gives each dish a uniquely outstanding quality. Great value.

Bought it because of Elijah Wood and I doubted it because of the simple ingredients but OMG this s*** is DELICIOUS. It’s hard to explain the flavor like a bay leaf but it is that depth of delicious savory flavor that is missing from bland or store bought salads like potato salad and chicken salad etc. But this could be added to so many things. This has earned its spot next to my Adobo and other put that s*** on everything seasonings!

New Flip-Top lid is weak and breaks
I've been using Beau Monde for decades, we love it and would never be without it, it enhances almost any dish you use it in. Perfect for rounding out flavors of soups, stews, dips and vegetable dishes, alike. The problem is that they've replaced the old, sturdy, metal cap with a plastic, flip-top cap and it is a weak disaster. It broke the first time we opened the new container and I had to transfer it into a spare container. The company should be sending out replacement lids and reverting to the old screw-on style.

Great Old School Spice
Great unique spice. If you haven't tried it, it will seem like like a less pretensious, less abrasive, milder Old Bay Seasoning.

Favorite spice for tuna salad
