Sobre a entrega: chegou super rápido, acho que menos de duas semanas. Sobre a embalagem: veio direto na embalagem do produto, bem compacto, papelão firme. Por dentro estava bem embalado. Sobre o produto: fácil de instalar, não precisa de eletricidade e pode ser lavado (jogar água em cima dos botões). Funciona perfeitamente e tem uma boa pressão. Para funcionar, precisa deixar a pressão no mínimo uns 80%, não funciona no fraco ou médio (o jato não sai e fica parecendo q tá autolavando). Eu já conhecia bidê do Japão e amava. Esse é um ótimo substituto dos banheiros do Japão. Meu namorado não conhecia e agora não vive sem também! Super recomendo!

Easy to install - easy to use!
Super easy to install and easy to use! I was concerned that other reviewers were highlighting that it was only cold water, so I checked out the bidets with seat warmers and warm water but did not want to shell out $200+ for it. I'm about to have shoulder surgery on my right arm so am planning ahead to spare my son from having to help me out. This was easy to install and easy to use, clearly labeled buttons and the water pressure knob works great! I gave it a try, the cold water did not bother me at all and it was comfortable to use. Did not add any additional height to my current toilet seat so that was a plus. The first time I used this it gave me a startle. Was not expecting it shoot water at me so strong, so I lowered it to the lowest setting and eased into it. It worked great after that! It has a 'self-cleaning' button that shoots water out from the bottom. The plastic material is comfortable, it does not feel cheap and it does not feel flimsy or like it will bend and break. Great investment! Highly recommended!
