Works well, don't have to worry about a battery dying, not an ear bud so it doesn't annoy your ear. Good in a call center.

surprised that the adapter was separate

Excellent headset for my PC
At first I was frustrated because it moved around on my ear too much. I find that if I attach the clip on the cord ( which is located about 8 inches from the earpiece) to the back of my shirt (collar, neck or shoulder), it completely stabilizes the movement and solves that one problem. It's lightweight. I can hear well and the sound for others is crystal clear. I use it with Zoom phone, Zoom meetings and skype on a windows PC, plugged into the USB port using this adapter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074VBBFZM.

Doesn't come with cord?
Can't leave feedback on quality as apparently do not come with the cord, so needed to order separately. This is pretty expensive to not even have a cord.
