Yea u could most likely hook it up to a portable speaker. I have a altec speaker and it has a input connector so I could plug it in. No Amp needed just speaker with a input. Also the quality of the sound effects arnt the best, it sounds cheap(Chinese sound effects that try to sound like English) but this is the best and simplest voice mod that I've bought from Amazon(ice bought 4 already).
