Kinesiology tape is really pain relief adhesion. Skin irritation not at all and its very comfort to stick. I Must recommend to buy it without thinking.

Good product,it’s very sticky but you have to apply completely dry surface,you won’t get any magic after applying this but yes it’s gives a good muscle support.

The quality of the tape is not very good. When you remove the tape, it hurts like hell, and it leaves adhesive behind. I have used other brands as well, and they dont hurt as much as this one. So although im not very happy with it, but it still servers the purpose and helps with pain relief. So that's something.

I bought it for my mother. First I was bit confused about the adhesive used and if it is good on sensitive skin. But comes out to be a good one, no adhesive marks and nothing leaves behind after the tape removal. Value for money. Pros : 1) I can't see any adhesive marks after removing it from skin 2) It is stretchable and easy to apply. 3) The size of the tape is perfect for shoulder and knee wraps. Cons : 1)The material is a bit thinner that I was expecting but somehow it's still fine.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS! It caused rashes and small blisters on my skin. Picture attached is one of it, whole limb got inflamed. Even had small blisters.
