From my experience, Depends underwear is the best disposable underwear for adults on the market. They fit well, are comfortable, and efficient. My mom, who has Alzheimer's, has been wearing them for years and I wouldn't think of changing brands.

My mother is very happy with this product. I however think that the legs need to be tighter. At times she has drips down the leg.

I ordered my usual size of XL and received an 80 count of Large size. Did not notice the difference until I put one on, uh, rather TRIED to put one on!! Of course now that the entire box is opened and a pack of 40 is undone and put in their place in the bathroom, there is no way to send them back! To make matters worse I have no others on hand! Try to wear these until more come in (8-14 days)!! I checked and I DID order XL size so it was the shippers fault I received size L. My advice is.... don't run out and count on this shipper to send the correct size!!! Otherwise ...I love Depends!!

I'm a caregiver of a special woman who takes diuretics to help her body get rid of excess fluid that is leaked into her body via leaky heart valves. The Depend Protection Plus and the Overnight underwear don't leak! ...hardly ever! Overnight, sometimes, but that's it. So much better!! Less laundry! Less work. And mostly, they help my mom feel better about not getting her pants wet every day. Love.
