I had a bout with gout. My right big toe was extremely painful, making walking extremely painful and difficult. I read that this product would help relieve gout symptoms. With a huge amount of skepticism, but wanting relief, I purchased this product. Here is what I did....I started out taking two in the morning and two capsules in the evening. I did this for four days. My symptoms decreased until the fourth day when the symptoms were completely gone. I reduced my intake to one in the morning and one in the evening. I am completely symptom free! This is one supplement I can see results with. UPDATE: I am on a low carb diet, so I've been eating lots of red meat and cheese.
