Lakse Kronch 100% Cold Pressed Wild Salmon Oil for Cats & Dogs 17.6 oz

My dog, a shih-tzu/poodle mix, loves this salmon oil! I give her 1 pump per day. She is a very picky eater and licks the salmon oil right off of a spoon. I have noticed a significant improvement in her dry, flaky skin and coat since she started taking this oil. When I first bought the product I tried to mix one pump of it in with her dry dog food. She would try to lick the oil off of the dog food, but then she would not eat her food. She is very picky with new food and different textures of food, so I think she didn't like that it made her dry food seem different and slightly moistened it. Once I decided to try to let her lick the salmon oil directly from a spoon, she loved it! She gets excited when she sees me take the bottle out and she acts like it is a treat. She is eating her dry dog food as she normally would now that I am not mixing it with anything.

I have used Lakse Kronk Salmon Oil in the past for my dogs. I stopped using it for maybe 6months and my dogs coat started looking very dull an skin is dry and flaky. I have used for only a few weeks their coats and skin are starting to improve already. I have tried other salmon oils and haven’t had the wonderful results! I bought 2 bottles of this salmon oil. Never had a problem before, but my dog would not touch the bottle with the 12/6/2020 e date .The 8/30/2020 edate was fine, it's too late to return, so I'm stuck.

My lab loves it, seems to have softened her coat still shedding terrible probably because it is so hot in SW Florida.

The smell was absolutely horrible. It literally smelled like feces. (has to be rancid) I didn't want to gamble with their health so I threw it away. I'd recommend just buying a human grade. My vet said it's fine giving a human grade so I'd just ask yours for the correct amount to give.

I feel it is important to give my dogs salmon oil because I make their food. I have been purchasing this brand through amazon for a few years. Delivery is excellent and the product is excellent.
