I have ordered these Mylk grade cashews for years and they never let me down. I order the three pack and pop two of them in the freezer. They make the best cashew "cream" cheese and dressings. Lovely taste.

Whether you're vegan or not, these cashews are the best. They're very high quality and taste delicious. I use mine specifically for cashew paste which is a large part of a vegan diet. If you have experienced grainy cashew paste, you won't with this brand. I do not own a VitaMix...just an ordinary food processor and the paste I make is always smooth. You can also add them whole to an instant pot soup recipe. They blend up smooth and perfect with a good immersion blender. BEST cashews EVER. I buy only these as well as other items from the same source. They're great to work with and the product is always beyond my expectations. Try the dates and dried mangos, too!!

I was tired of spending a fortune on cashews at the grocery store, but the reviews for some of the bulk products online made me nervous. These aren't the cheapest ones available, but the reviews were mostly good and the price is better than I can find locally, so I went for it and I am very happy with these. They are fresh, clean, have good flavor, and blend easily. I mostly use them for making vegan cream sauces and dressings. I ordered pieces instead of whole cashews thinking they would need less soaking time, but these are soft/fresh enough that I can actually blend them in a Vitamix without soaking. I will definitely order them again!

These are high quality. I use them for milk but they do come whole so they could have other uses. The price is unbeatable for the quality!

These cashews are perfect size for making cashew milk. Soak for a few hours one cup of cashews and add to two cups of water or coconut water and blend. No need to strain. I add a little vanilla and a teaspoon of maple sugar. Perfect addition to my Crio Bru for a delicious drink You save money by making your own cashew milk and you know what the ingredients are. Have purchased this brand twice and very happy with the product.

I purchased these reading the title and looking at the product image. All of that makes you think these are high quality whole cashews. When I received the product they were cashew halves! Definitely not what I wanted at all. You can’t even return the product either so wasted a lot of money on 3 bags of worthless product. They should put in the description and advertise more that these are halves. The product image should also show cashew halves instead it shows a bunch of whole cashews in the image. I feel scammed. Just looking at the cashews from the bag I received they seem old as well. I haven’t opened the bag either but they do not seem high quality. The cashews look like they’re turning black. Stay away from these. I won’t be purchasing from this company for the simple fact they don’t allow refunds on something I haven’t opened or used.

Unfortunately the price went up by more than 20% in the last couple of months. The quality is exceptional though.

These Raw Organic Cashews make a lovely Cashew Milk/Cream that I use with my morning espresso. Very fresh with good protective packaging. I just add filtered water to the cashews using my Vitamix. After pulsing, I refrigerate, then add a little bit to my frother each morning. I get a creamy, foamy, non-dairy treat. They are almost pure white, "silkier", and a sweeter taste than other Raw Organic Cashews that I have tried. Which isn't a bad thing, because I love to use those for different recipes for a nuttier, more robust flavor. These are priced equivalently to other Raw Organic Cashews I have tried and my preference for the best tasting cashew milk.
