Can I use this while blow drying my hair?

It has much softer, flexible bristles, so while it may be great for brushing through when hair is wet or needing detailing, it may be too soft for blow drying. It does depend on hair texture, however; my hair is pretty coarse & thick.

Is the blue more of a teal?

Color is more teal and same as in online photo.
