Bought this thinking it was a Lego model. It isn't, but it could fool me if I didn't look more carefully! The parts are really high quality, and they fit together super well. I am impressed with this kit overall. The only gripe I have it the RC portion. It's super slow and the steering is sluggish. The gears for the steering keep popping off requiring me to partially disassemble the rear to fix. Also the chrome plated parts don't fit together very well along with a few parts not being held on very well like the tail lights and brake calipers. I do highly recommend this kit as it looks fantastic and was super fun to build. It took me about 12 hours to assemble.

I love Mould King. This is not an easy set, and it is not meant to be. This is a challenge and an exercise in understanding the workings of a vehicle. The model is amazing looking, it is meant to be a representation of a real vehicle but looks awesome even without the stickers. The instruction must be followed closely (do not put in the rear deferential backwards like I did). As far as the remote-control aspect goes it does work and will move, however it is not at a fast pace. This is more about the creation of the working systems and highlighting the functionality. Amazing build.

Absolutely loved putting this together, wasn’t all that hard to follow the instructions but did struggle with some of the pieces looking similar, mostly got this because it reminded me of Baby from Supernatural.

Would give it 5 but this was a difficult Lego. Had to redo parts of it a couple times. Missed one thing and it’s so complex only way to redo it was to go back like 40 pages. Was missing a ton of the 3 pieces with the lines in the middle to connect to the panels. But easy fix is if you have a dremmel like I do make some lines and it works just fine. Some parts aRe hard to read but I figured it out. Overall just expect a ton of patience and time. Took me about a week to do it. About 24 hours total if I had to guess. Broke it up. But wasted like 3 hours taking one part apart and redoing it.

If you want a challenge this model is for you. Make sure you put the parts together just like the pictures in the instructions.

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!! As an avid Lego builder I was excited to try this model but I was quickly reminded of why Lego is and will always be the best block builder. The instructions for this model are so convoluted and vague it makes building a tedious and aggravating job. The reason it’s 2900 pieces is because 95% of the parts are redundant and pointless. The quality when finished is very cheap feeling and fragile to touch. My first time putting it together I got 8 pages in and a part fell off, the instructions are so bad I was forced to disassemble all the way just to start over again. I will never buy another MouldKing model again and I recommend you stick with Lego Technic models.

I love the build. Hoonicorn is amazing. Yes it is a long build. Yes instructions can be a pain to interpret. But stay with it and have patience. My only complaint is a big one. I was missing pieces in a bag. So contact Mould King. MK says “since you didn’t buy from us we can’t do anything. Contact Amazon.” Ok. Contact Amazon. Amazon says “you need to contact Mould king to get the pieces you are missing.” Complete run around. Would be ok if it was like internal piece but it is the back quarter panel so it can be seen. For paying what i paid for it, the customer service side of it sucks.

This set took me 27+ hours to put together. Some steps I had to correct because I understood them wrong. Nothing to do with the instructions, it was just me. This set ended up being bigger than I expected and had to clear extra space on the shelf for it. It's a great show piece. Playability is about medium, and difficulty to put together is above normal. It's not a set for a 10yr old, I can tell you that much. But it is a great looking set, and a must have in your collection. This set is worth the money.

Es grande el coche pero muy corriente y difícil de armar debe tener paciencia muchas piezas son difíciles de colocar y se pueden hacer anter de colocarla en su lugar, tuve que desarmar y colocar fuera y después poner la pieza en su lugar más fácil, cómo con el motor esos tubos que sostienen son demasiado difícil tuve que sacarlos y ponerlos con ayuda y finalmente no cierra el cofre, el cofre el techo y las puertas les dio hueva poner piezas menos corrientes son demasiado feas y corrientes, tengo 13 coches y este es el peor, antes de comprar pienselo no vale la pena, solo el tamaño, faltaron algunas piezas que sustituí con lo que tengo, mala experiencia

My first ever model from this company, I normally go for Lego. It was an easy build and the instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. The pieces didn't seem to snap together like Lego so was a little concerned about the build quality, but in the end, it was a solid build. There was a piece missing but it hasn't impeded the build and cannot be seen. and there were a few spare pieces. I have bought another from the company.

Super , ne manque aucune pièces , instructions claires, j'aime bien ce petit modèle , petit problème cependant , les enjoliveur ne tienne pas en place , petite colle et c'est OK..

Looks good and might be a nice model to display. Held together by super glue ... Sorry, designed by CAD, fiddly to build, falls apart when looked at too hard. Cannot recommend. Pros : good pieces, good surfaces. Cons : fiddly, no prints all stickers.
