I purchased this for my daughter. She loves to color the picture and say the word as she is coloring the picture! It has been helpful for her to learn some Italian words!

Using this book is a fun way to learn Italian words. There is a diverse selection of vocabulary with cute pictures to color.

I want to expand my Italian vocab without straight up memorizing vocab lists and this is a fun way to do it. The book does include some grammar too but I’d definitely recommend using another source as your primary grammar source. Great pictures to color and fairly simple

I got this as part of my moms Christmas gift. We are Italian and the only time my grandma would speak it to my grandpa was when they didnt want us to know what they were yelling at each other. As she was going through the book she was saying "oh wow I didnt know it was that word". She bought Rosetta stone about 15 years ago and its just been sitting on her desk, still in plastic wrap, not touched. So maybe she will learn a word or two.

This book is perfect to me. The photos are just big enough to not be overwhelming or commanding of my color pencils lead. I love that the photos are numbered on one page with the corresponding word on both English & Italian with pronunciation. It’s just a around perfect to me. 5/5

Excellent product for many age levels. Learning can be fun plus it's a great way to reinforce what I already knew. Did a few pages with my seven year old nephew and he loved learning this way as well. Highly recommend

This is a fun way to learn a new language

I was excited about this, and I will still use it, but I'm a little disappointed for a few reasons. 1. There's a non-standard pronunciation guide that is just as big as the actual word. Italian doesn't have a lot of pronunciation exceptions, so it seems silly to include this. I also find it extremely distracting, as I can't help but read it if I look at it. It's also not accurate because it's not possible to actually write phonetically correct pronunciation like that. 2. All the words are on one side and the images are on the other. That makes it harder to make a good association between the word and image while coloring, which is what I was hoping to do. 3. The English translations are also the same size as the pronunciation guide and the word. This makes my brain register them all as equally important, and they aren't. What I wish this was: A coloring book of objects with the names of them in Italian directly next to the image. *No* pronunciation guides. No one in their right mind would use a coloring book as their only language learning resource and this space is not the place for teaching people the pronunciation of cane or gatto. (Especially because those are extremely self-explanatory as it is). English harder to get to. Maybe a numbered index/glossary in the back. I'm not interested in a bilingual coloring book; I'm interested in one to practice Italian. Anyway, I guess it's fine but it's not going to be as effective as it could be for memorizing vocabulary. Know what you're getting into.
