Just because it is called Jacks you only lube the listed materials so no need to test on animals or humans

I don't know what your question is, but I boughht a new o-ring gasket - the old had gotten larger with age - and the Haywood lube. This made opening the top of the pump fiter cap ten times easier.

Is this used for multiport spider gaskets ?

We use a thin film on the gaskets and seals to prevent the calcium and chemicals from attacking the seals causing the valves to stick. We also use the Jack's Lube on water faucet packing, pressure washer hose connections and o-rings and Hayward Air Dome Seals. This is great lube, a little goes a long way, Keep away from your eyes!
