Q: Can you order 2 sets (battery operated) and connect them together so that you have 1 transmitter but 2 receivers?

Dear Customer, Yes, you can do this. Please note that there can only be two sets at most to connect, and only the same model such as BA-11 or WA-11 can be connected and used normally. They do not pair with other models.

Q: how long do the batteries last in the receivers?

It's been installed since before Christmas, I think. No trouble and used quite a lot by various post men and women. Only AAA batteries, so up to now, about 3 months and still going strong. Duracell batteries. That's all I can say. The previous doorbell only lasted a week or two, perhaps a month! Hugh

Q: how can i order and extra receiver?

We are sorry, we do not currently sell accessories for this doorbell kit separately, but you can purchase this kits again to pair.

Hi, I’ve not experienced any issues and my neighbours have remote car keys. I’ve been very pleased with it. Very easy to install.
