SMOOTHERPRO Glitter Gel Pens, 18 Colors 1.0mm Sparkle Ink

I have tried so many glitter pens and these are by far the best I’ve found. I have a huge set of gel glitter pens that are my coloring pens. I use these ones for my daily journaling, list-making, etc. because they make me happy! They have a smooth flow, and I like the size of the nibs. The colors are vivid with a nice variety and they have the most ink of any of the other sparkly pens I’ve tried! The only thing I think would make them better is if the cap was colored. I have them in a container where I have to pull them out to see the color. But seriously, that’s it and it’s not a big deal!

This is my second set of these pens. I absolutely love them! The colors are so vivid and beautiful. I’ve never seen colors like this in any other set of pens that I’ve purchased. And, between myself and my sister I believe we’ve covered the majority of pens sold. Many of them claim to be glitter pens when they are actually more metallic with a bit of glitter thrown in. Finding pens with a lot of sparkle is rare. But, the SmoothPro pens really do stand up to their claims! I am so impressed with these wonderful pens! I was starting to lose interest in coloring, but, these pens opened up a whole new world of color for me. They write so smoothly and the ink flow is perfect. I highly recommend these pens to anyone who likes a lot of sparkle!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have used this product before, I got a smaller set for review as part of my participation in the Amazon vine program. Just based on the quality of the ink in the markers I had to have this set. There are two reasons though that I didn't give it five stars. For one thing as is very common with these gel pens, the ink runs out a lot quicker than I would like. But I'm telling you the quality of these pens on paper is worth it! They are just beautiful. The other reason they don't get a full five stars is that at least one of my pens did not work at all. I haven't tried all of them yet but anytime I pay for something and don't get everything I pay for it's always gonna annoy me. This is only my second time purchasing their products and it didn't happen with the first smaller set so maybe mine was just a one off. So in conclusion, I would say that these pens produce such beautiful results and are reasonably affordable that to me it's worth dealing with the knowledge that they run out of ink more quickly than I would like. For me personally, I use these just to create accents in my work. I wouldn't use these as the primary source of color due to the ink issue. So with that caveat I would highly recommend this brand and in particular their glitter gel pens.

Love the flow of ink on these pens and the sparkle they add to my journal and art. Gorgeous colors that are vibrant. However, two of the pens in package don't work upon arrival and some of the pens aren't full so they don't last long. This is certainly a quality control issue which needs to be addressed. Otherwise, I would give five stars but paying $15 for a package with only 16 working pens and two pens only partially filled seems overpriced

I love these but theres a few that do not work and these are not cheap gel pens at all I've bought at least 10 packs and buying 5 more soon I just bought 7 mire

The amazing thing about these is I believe they use different colors of glitter in the ink so all of the ink has a different hue to it as you can see in the picture. I absolutely love that! it gives it a different look when you look at it from different angles!! Super sloppy gooey which is the best, no fine line or sharp tip so coloring is fun. Ordering more!

I purchased these pens for use in my adult coloring books. I had previously purchased something similar to these and really liked them. The only reason I bought these Smootherpro pens was because they had a bigger variety of colors. Unfortunately my Smootherpro pens were not very well made!! At first everything seemed fine, however after finally finishing my first picture with them I had thrown 3 of them away. One pen would not work at all. I tried everything and ended up throwing it in the trash. The second pen got almost half way through the picture and an air bubble made it very difficult to color with, I had to shoot air in the ends of it every 3 seconds to get the ink to flow long enough to finish the picture, so it ended up in the trash also. The third pen started leaking out the bottom of the pen, quite unexpectedly and made a rather disturbing mess. So it ended up in the trash as well. I would not recommend these pens to anyone!!! I definitely feel like I was ripped off and the were a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!

I love these. No skipping or shaking to get the ink to move. Colours are rich and there are so much glitter in them I’m surprised they don’t skip! Love them!

Escriben muy brillantes y bonitos (excepto el blanco y el negro, que no pintan bien). Sin embargo, la tinta se corre, traspasa mucho el papel y los bolígrafos pierden tinta y mancha mucho (se me quedó un poco en los dedos y tardó dos días de lavarme las manos constantemente hasta que se fue del todo). No los he usado demasiado y aún así ya se han gastado hasta la mitad, quizá debido a que pierden tinta, que gotea, y tengo que limpiarla. Es una pena porque sí brillan mucho.

Bellissime, peccato che alcune avevano meno inchiostro di altre. Srmbrava fossero state già usate, anche se avevano tutte la punta con la gommina di protezione attaccata bene.

Was pretty disappointed with these. The glowing reviews sold me on them but they ended up being scratchy and despite the listing photos, the glitter was all silver rather than individually colour matched as per the photos. In my photo, the bottom swatches came from this set and the top row with the colour codes came from Linc which were so much shinier and very well priced. The scratchiness was really unpleasant to colour with and personally I found them uncomfortable to hold as they feel very light and skinny. You do get a lot of colours and they're not terrible value, but I've found better glitter pens at a similar price point so I will be returning them.
