Not true to size
We bought the 12-18 months and they are way bigger than what 12-18โs should be. From just opening them, the quality seems okay and price seems a little high

Arrived dirty
The shoes are comfy and look cute, but really disappointing that one arrived dirty. I needed them today, so no time to return.

Look cheap
I ordered these for my 14 month old and I was so disappointed when they came in the mail. They were crushed and look extremely cheap. We are keeping them for outside shoes, but they definitely cannot be the everyday shoes I wanted them to be.
