Yes it works on grey. It will brighten it up and tone out any unwanted yellow hues that gray and white hair sometimes gets.

Does this product lather when you use it?

Yes, this shampoo does. It can be drying but that is easily fixed by either adding a small portion of conditioner to the shampoo. This shampoo is great! I love it. I just thin hair so it doesn't take much to dry it out. This is great for blonde or grey hair.

Is this good to start using this shampoo right after bleaching and toning hair?

If you use it right after you have bleached or tone your hair; strictly wash and rinse out. Do not leave it set on your hair. Condition after shampooing.
