I have not had this pan for that long but it feels good quality and cooks food well. It has survived the dishwasher. Big fan of the rivetless design making it easier to clean or work a spatula/turner near the handle but its longevity remains to be seen.

This pan is my new go to for most of my stovetop cooking needs. It took some slight tweaking on the temperature to get that magic stainless steel nonstick air face into now that I have it, I love it! I turn my knob just past a 2 for my stove, and that seems to be perfect. Any higher and my food cooks too quickly and sticks. With SS pans you want to preheat first, when a bead of water will kind of roll around on the surface, or oil in the pan looks kind of like the surface of water it’s good to go! Too hot and the water will quickly evaporate. My only issue was the misleading from Germany on the box. I did see the lifetime warranty in the box, so, thankful for that although this pan seems to be made quite well. Will definitely look at this brand for other sizes in the future.

I had a stainless steel 10 inch pan in which the handle was too heavy so it wouldn’t sit flat. So I decided to buy a new one but didn’t wanna spend $200. This pan is beautiful and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

I bought this pan believing it would perform well based on the description. This pan had a beautiful shine when it was first taken out of the box. However, first use was sausages and eggs this morning and it sticks to everything. (Broke my eggs and rip sausages apart) and the clean up wasn’t easy. I let it cool off as instructed but after just one use, there’s already unremovable stain. These stubborn stains won’t come off after 3 washed and soaked in soapy water.

My favorite pan to stir fry. If preheated and cleaned immediately after cooking it is easy to clean. I feel it is a great and healthy cooking option

A little hard to clean if you don't season it properly but other than that it heats up very nicely and cooks extremely well, extremely sturdy pan.

I think reviewers who complain about food sticking to the pan, do not have experience using stainless steel cookware. This is essentially All Clad without the price tag. Even all clad has rivets so this is a step above that in some ways. I have always been an All Clad pan snob but when I order pans in the future I will order from this company instead because they are outstanding. I haven't checked yet, but I really hope they sell a saucier (the next pan on my wish list). I only wish there was a hole in the handle so I could hang it on my pot rail.

These pans are amazing! I have 2 now. They cook so well and clean up quickly. It helps to read up a little on cooking with stainless steel. Once you get the technique down it’s so easy! These are sturdy, easy to clean and handle on the stove!

On est un peu surpris au début car elle colle mais en laissant cuire à 400w, la viande roussit légèrement et se décolle parfaitement. Un peu lourde pour les petites mains mais de grande qualité et je pense durable.J'achetais avant des Téfal qui ne duraient qu'un an car le téflon se détachait des bords. Vu le prix, je pense que c'est un bon investissement. Attention de ne pas chauffer trop fort, c'est inutile et cela risque de la tâcher définitivement.

Die Pfanne ist ausgezeichnet verarbeitet, sieht sehr gut aus und ist makellos eben. Dadurch erhält man auch sehr gute Ergebnisse beim Braten oder Schmoren.

E' la padella che ho sempre desiderato! Stanco delle solite antiaderenti che con niente si graffiano e poi sono da buttare, anche quelle di fascia alta la qualità è discutibile. Questa se ben usata non fa attaccare niente, uova, carne, pesce ecc Veramente un ottimo acquisto! Superconsigliata !!
