I love this bag. I didn't know what the hooks were for at first but I use them to release the bag much more quickly compared to fussing with the Velcro. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that they claim the inner pouch is waterproof. It does have a cover flap that will protect your phone, etc. from a gentle or moderate rain, but if you tip it over your stuff will fall out. As it swings back and forth the flap can readjust to allow water to get in. I found myself in a downpour recently and put my phone in my pocket. Definitely not a deal breaker for me, but wanted to point that out.

The organizer is as described but it did NOT come with hooks as advertised. I’m very disappointed, I was looking forward to those hooks.

I purchased this for our small Jeep umbrella stroller that has a ridiculously small basket under the seat. It velcroed nicely to the handles and holds my son's water bottle, my water, phone & keys with room to spare in the middle compartment.
