I really like this. It’s very small, uses very little energy, and while I can never tell whether it helps because I don’t have another me to perform A/B testing, it’s very bright and handy. The controls are flat and touchscreen-y – honestly, what’s wrong with pressing a button or at least a little emboss rather than just a painted shape? – but they don’t come off (luckily) and since the total is three, and on/off is in the bottom right corner, I manage. I swapped a giant ol’ Philips light for this smol and I am very satisfied.

Lampada per la depressione invernale efficace. Oltre alla funzione principale permette di dimmerare la luce per adattarsi alle varie condizioni di luce di un giorno luminoso. Trovo inoltre la funzione relax perfetta per simulare l' alba e per creare un ambiente rilassante la sera. Le dimensioni sono giuste per una lampada fissa, non è adatta da portarsi appresso al lavoro. Prima avevo un altro modello gigante e ingombrante della stessa marca, funzionava alla grande sulla depressione invernale ma era scomoda, tanto più che un giorno dopo un piccolo urto è caduta e si è rotta. L' ho rimpiazzata con questa di dimensioni più contenute, ma la luce therapy è altrettanto potente. Bella anche la luce intermedia Natural.

Ich war erst ehrlich gesagt etwas skeptisch, aber die Lampe funktioniert bei mir erstaunlich gut. Gerade in den dunklen Wintermonaten hat sich meine Stimmung damit wirklich spürbar verbessert. Ich stelle sie morgens einfach für ungefähr 20 Minuten auf den Schreibtisch und lasse mir gepflegt die Fresse bestrahlen 😄 Klingt bescheuert, hilft bei mir aber tatsächlich gegen dieses typische Wintertief. Auch die verschiedenen Farbtemperaturen finde ich angenehm, je nach Tageszeit wirkt das Licht dadurch natürlicher. Nebenbei sieht das Hautbild irgendwie auch frischer aus. Keine Ahnung, ob das Einbildung ist, aber ich nehme es gerne mit. Für mich inzwischen tatsächlich ein fester Bestandteil im Winter geworden. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
