Dear Customer This baby blanket is 30"X40" 75X100cm, may too small for you to cover all. Could be nice for car or stroller napping.

I’m 15 can i use this

It's very pretty and soft, but I think it would be too small for a 15 year old unless you just wanted to use it to cuddle up with. It's more for the size of a toddler if you wanted to use it as a blanket.
