If you've had surgery and your doctor prescribes a painkiller, you take one and you feel the effects of the medication. I honestly couldn't tell you one iota of any kind of benefit that I can "feel" on something like this--any more than I can tell you I "feel" the benefit of the Cq10 I take. It's not a sensation. In the end, you just kind of have to hope sometimes that what you've researched for health benefits are in fact true, and not marketing hype. I have my reasons I will probably continue to take PQQ and, if I do, I'll be a repeat buyer of this product.

I researched pqq and I, love and believe in natural health, herbs. I started taking pqq 3 months ago. I felt great inside, but can't really explain it? I have juvenile RA, and I have chronic fatigue, back pain, bc of it and For ME, pqq helped ME feel better. PLEASE always talk to your doctor before starting any over the counter anything, especially if you are ill and /or taking medications. I have been taking it for over 5 months now and, I wont be without it. Amazon had the best price, since it is pricey. That is one thing I wish the price would go down a bit,
