Great toy, it became a go-to item.
Got this for a little one with special needs. She LOVED it. It even earned a place in her AAC device because she requested it so much in the months that followed. I guess she just loves the sensory feedback.

I bought this for a students graduation gift & they were obsessed with it!!

Cheaply made
Purchased this for a student of mine diagnosed with autism. It worked like magic to help sooth his overstimulation. It worked until less than a month later it started falling apart. Literally. Inside battery compartment broke and soon thereafter it didn’t work at all. He wasn’t rough with it. It is incredibly disappointing and a waste of my hard earned money. He was really benefiting from it. Shame. Too late to return I guess.

I've had so many of these that I've lost count. They do stop working, well before the one year warranty ~ which I found out about by contacting Special Supplies on the internet. They keep replacing them, for which I'm grateful, because this thing is my only way to relax and relieve neck pain. It works so well that I can't be without it. It's around my neck every night and literally sends me to the best sleep ever. I've looked at others and just can't find any that measure up to these for comfort and softness. I also have a different brand with the hard, knobby massagers, and don't like it. I just wish these were made to last.

Breaks with in a month
Order on June 6th, delivered on June 8th, broken by July 17. I ordered this to replace the one my son got from school and had stopped working. I thought that one was just old and warn out. Turns out they just break very easily.

Awesome
I chose this because of the on off button. I didn't want a pressure activated vibration, my child doesn't understand that. This is perfect! And the button is easy for her to turn on and off herself. This was a great buy.

Is not very comfortable, the foam latex it is made from is too hard, especially if used around neck. Can barely feel the vibration.
