great product
I purchase these through amazon instead of being up-charged by a vendor. No issues with these and I have gone through at least 15 of them. I use them on my double side printer.

Not great quality
The first ribbon we put in the printer ripped almost immediately.

defective now twice
We have ordered this product many times, however we have had 2 that are defective. No complaints on who we order from, but i went to send it back and was 1 day late so i cant return. Again not this companies fault but just defective product.
