Love this charger!
I bought it several months ago and it's definitely been the best car phone charger I've ever had (and okay, it's also probably the only one I've ever paid over $5 for, but whatever). It charges my iphone SO MUCH FASTER than other chargers! Same thing with my ipod nano (yeah I still use an ipod nano). I doubt it's actually "apple MFi certified" but I've never had any issues with this charger (also, it can charge any kind of phone or electronic). It worked fine even in the hellish heat of summer. I dunno how hot my car gets, but I know it turns into an absolute oven when it's over 90 and I live in SoCal, so it often gets over 90 A LOT in the summer! The blue light isn't super bright and distracting - I don't even notice it most of the time, but it does actually serve the purpose of letting you see that the charger is plugged in (i can't count how many times I'd plug my phone into my old charger only to find out later that it didn't charge at all because the charger had been dislodged from the cigarette lighter!). My only complaint is that I dislike the lightning cables that come with it. They work fine, and they do seem really durable, but they're really stiff and way too long! It's annoying having to deal with constantly trying to wrangle them around so I can get them out of the way (they always end up getting right back in the way!).

Works in car socket. Charger cable works well
Bought this unit because other units only work sometimes and phone does not charge completely. It’s been 5 days and every time I plug phone into unit the phone chargers.

Takes a while to charge
I rate this a three. It works, but it doesn’t hold the phones charge long. I have to keep taking it out of the phone and putting it back in to charge again. I have used it on multiple phones. It is small, it fits easy into the compartment and very durable.
